We want you to be fully satisfied with your Meermin shoes; therefore, we accept returns of unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure shoes are tried on only on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching the leather outsoles.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
