Introducing whole new version of our casual loafer. For this specific loafer range we have developed a new last from scratch: The Nova Last. This last is designed to provide a superior loafer fit, featuring and adjusted heel fit to prevent any possible slippage and a generous fit in the forefoot, allowing for a very comfortable fit from day one. Featuring a round toe with a flat profile for a more distressed look.
Aside from the new last used in the production of this loafers, this new range of loafers come fully unlined and feature soft heel counters & toe puffs making these truly soft & comfortable from day one.
For this specific version we've went with a beautiful Repello suede in the newest Atacama shade from the renowned suedemaker Charles F Stead tannery in Leeds, UK. A thick, extremley supple, breathable, as well as flexible suede, perfect for a unlined upper. Fitted with our closed channel flexible leather sole.
Constructed using our Flex Goodyear welt, the Nova Loafer offers the flexibility of a lightweight shoe with the strength and longevity of traditional Goodyear construction. As with all Meermin footwear, it’s fully resoleable and rebuildable, designed to improve with age and wear — a timeless companion built to last for years to come.
